The military-industrial-complex in cooperation with the banking-lobby (whatever they are called: Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Bush, Skull&Bones, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg...) have turned their wet dreams into reality. Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and actually codifying the military-executive into law. Just a short reminder regarding this law: now, also any American citizen - even if the court and jury says you are free to go - the government (executed by military-police-mercenaries) cannot only arrest and detain you for an undefined time. Since the law can be interpreted so extensively, any citizen can be executed - if you are a "threat to the national security".
The point is: the only logical reason for these developments (NDAA, total surveillance, reserved right to "de-militarize" citizens etc.) is the knowledge about the upcoming Greatest Economical Depression and / or Third World War (Iran...). The 1 % super-rich-power-elite knows that chaos is in the very near future and the total debt-crisis and deflation of the dollar. Preparation is everything: the staged inside-jobs (9/11, Oklahoma, War on Drugs...) have been marketed really well with their owned mass-media. Barack Obama turned out to be another puppet of the big lobbys.

Barack Obama probably used to be man of beautiful and human ideals, ideas, visions, and dreams- when he was young. But honestly, do you seriously think that any President of the United States of America can independently enforce or implement his political agenda? Since Obama got his campaign sponsored by the banking-lobby (amongst others), he wouldn´t have the independence to do as he pleases - even if Obama was allegedly another reincarnation of Kennedy. But a President gotta do, as he is told to do - this is reality. In the end, the President - like any other highly political position - is just the executive organ of the military- industrial-banking lobby. We need to accept this fact. Now, what will the American citizens do? I hope they don´t rely on religiously dogmatic prayers. Politicians, lawmakers, or the President do not ordinarily listen to facts, rational reasons, or scientific arguments. This massively corrupted system - like everywhere on the world- can only be forced by pressure. Pressure can only be produced by the people, masses of people. If Obama (and hopefully his advisers) are convinced that the issue of medical cannabis could be a decisive factor and tipping point for a successful re-election, then Obama will undoubtedly must take a firm position not only on the issue of medical cannabis, but also on the issue of cannabis-legalization in general.
Once the legal framework of cannabis is radically changed in the USA, it will inevitably have dramatic drug-political and economical repercussions in the EU and beyond. Eventually, the UN single convention on narcotics and pertaining internationally ratified treaties and national drug-laws will require an overall rescheduling and reforms. The money and the different supportive military-executive-industrial lobbies involved around the "War on Drugs" add up to many trillion dollars worldwide. The "collateral" (health, social, economic, and human) damages caused by this insane and with tax-money massively subsidized "War on Drugs" are beyond our imagination. People, please wake up, and demand from your lawmakers scientifically based, sustainable, and human drug-laws for any psychoactive plant whatsoever. Governmental (quality-) control, scientific education on all psychoactive substances (including nicotine and alcohol!) in schools, absolute advertising-prohibition for all drugs, no consumption in public (schools) and committed taxes should be the most important and supportive pillars of a legal framework. Inform yourself with the facts and become active by pushing your lawmakers, who are getting paid from your tax-money, for which you have been working so hard!

I cannot think of a single promise or even pledge by President Barack Obama during his presidential campaigns or thereafter - which he did not break. A superbly educated (specialized on constitutional law at Harvard?), with such a sexy smile and charismatic appearance, has been repeatedly screwing the (constitutional and human) rights of his fellow American citizens. Some experts say that Obama is even worse than the Bush-Family. Initially, I had thought that Obama is some kind of political "reincarnation" of the assassinated President Kennedy. At least, Kennedy and his brother had the balls to take it up with military-complex and the mafia...Well, anyway, who is this Barack Obama and what is his true mission as President of the United States of America? If Obama is a truly good and visionary man, then the only reason why he is fucking the Constitution of the United States and continuing the "War on Drugs" (especially concerning the rights of medical cannabis patients)...is that he is being under pressure and coercion by the military-industrial-mafia triangle. The thing is: which President so far was not a puppet of this massively lobbied system? If they do not do as told, they are simply killed or replaced. People of the USA need to take their constitutional rights into their hands again and enforce their will peacefully. Only the thoughtful, reflective and courageous masses can change this hugely corrupted government. And you know what? Everything can be done- with peaceful actions.

Der Zusammenhang zwischen Weltwirtschaftskrise und drogenpolitischer Realität.
Es ist unter systemkritischen und denkenden Menschen bekannt, dass die internationale Finanzblase nur einen fiktiven, künstlich hyper-aufgeblähten Wert von unzähligen Trillionen $€ hat. Der investigative Journalist und Sachbuch-Autor, Mathias Bröckers, hat in seinem Buch "Drogenlüge" faktenreich und ernüchternd dargelegt, wie die Profite aus illegalen Drogen (mindestens 500 Milliarden $) mit dem Segen der mächtigsten Eliten der Welt in börsennotierte Unternehmen kanalisiert und durch ausgeklügelte bilanztechnische Manipulationen sauber gewaschen werden. Nur wenn die mächtigsten und reichsten Finanz-Oligarchien dieser Welt eine Möglichkeit sehen mehr Profit mit der Legalisierung von Cannabis zu machen als mit den bisherigen legalen Drogen (Pharma, Nikotin, Alkohol), würde die Cannabis-Prohibition gemäß UN-Single Convention aufgehoben werden. Gigantische Industrie-Lobbys, wie etwa die Pharma - und Alkoholindustrie, sind existenziell von der Cannabis-Prohibition abhängig. Die Tatsache, dass die "Partnership for a Drug-Free America" und andere massenmedial vermarktete Anti-Drogen-Kampagnen in den USA unter anderem von der Alkoholindustrie gesponsort werden, verdeutlicht die Schizophrenie unseres manipulativen Systems. Die mit unseren Steuergeldern bezahlten Gesetzgebungsorgane werden letztlich den rationalen und drogenpolitische Willen des Volkes vollziehen, wenn der Druck von der Basis kommt (sei es durch eine Europäische Bürgerinitiative ab April 2012 oder durch andere demokratisch legitime Bürgerrechtsaktionen). Von den Main-Stream-Medien dürfen wir uns nicht allzu viel erwarten, denn diese sind Teil unseres korrumpierten Systems. Hätten wir eine rationale und auf wissenschaftliche Fakten basierende Drogenpolitik, dann gäbe es absolut keine industrielle Liberalisierung von jeglichen Drogen. Absolutes Werbeverbot und hohe Verwaltungsstrafen (!) beim Konsum von psychoaktiven Substanzen in der Öffentlichkeit (besonders im Umkreis von Kindern und Jugendlichen) wären die Folge. Eine strafrechtliche Verfolgung (und damit Stigmatisierung und Sozialschädigung etc.) von KonsumentInnen wäre jedenfalls ausgeschlossen - wissenschaftliche Aufklärung zu ALLEN psychoaktiven Substanzen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen, Therapie, Prävention und zweckgebundene Steuern wären die wichtigsten Säulen. Unsere demokratisch gewählten Gesetzgebungsorgane müssten eine viel längere Legislaturperiode haben und viel mehr Geld bekommen - denn schließlich haben diese Politiker eine extrem wichtige Verantwortung gegenüber ihren BürgerInnen. Politiker sollten unbestechlich sein (legale Korruption durch das Parteienfinanzierungsgesetz in Österreich) und direkt-demokratische Einflussnahme durch unkomplizierte Online-Abstimmungen ermöglicht werden.
Die Prohibitionsmachinierie (Polizisten, Amtsärzte, Staatsanwälte etc.) würden nicht ihre Jobs verlieren, sondern einfach neue Aufgaben zugewiesen bekommen (z.B: Exekutive würde die Einhaltung des Nichtraucherschutzes und das Verbot von sämtlichen psychoaktiven Substanzen in der Öffentlichkeit kontrollieren). Die fiskalischen Mehreinnahmen aus dem Verkauf von (medizinischem) Cannabis würde zweckgebunden in Aufklärungsmaßnahmen, Therapie und in die (Verwaltungs-) Exekutive etc. fließen.
Angesichts der Tatsache, dass allein Österreich bis zu 14.000 Menschen durch den Konsum der legalen Droge Nikotin (=Zigaretten) jährlich sterben und die Koarlis von Österreich ihren Spruch "Geh, vergiss einmal mal die Studien...an irgendwas müssen die Leut sterben" im Zusammenhang mit den horrenden Kosten für das Gesundheitssystem und für die Volkwirtschaft (im Vergleich zu den vermeintlichen Einnahmen oder gar Kosteneinsparung für den Vater Staat) los werden, zeigt die Perversion unseres Systems auf. Wären alle psychoaktiven Substanzen legal und hätten wir eine rationale und humane Drogenpolitik, dann würden die (nicht minderjährigen) KonsumentInnen ihre psychoaktiven Substanzen, wie etwa Cannabis, von einer staatlich lizenzierten Abgabestelle erhalten, wo sie nicht nur gesetzlich verpflichtende Informationen erhalten würden, sondern auf Qualität und Reinheit kontrollierte Substanzen. Neueste wissenschaftliche Studien bestätigen, dass in den US-Bundestsstaaten, wo medizinisches Cannabis erhältlich ist, die fatalen Autounfälle aufgrund reduzierten Alkoholkonsums zurückgegangen sind. Was sagt uns das? Im Drogengeschäft haben Alkoholkonzerne ein massives Interesse an der Beibehaltung des status quo --- Prohibition ist der Grund, warum der von der petrochemischen Industrie gefürchtete THC-arme (0,3%) Hanf noch nicht zum größten realwirtschaftlichen Multi-Milliarden-Wettbewerbsfaktor wachsen konnte.
Es ist nur mehr eine Frage der Zeit...
